Yahoo! the First to React…48 Hours after TKG.com Site Migration

It’s been 48 hours since the site migration and Yahoo! is the first Search Engine to react. The image below represents what pages Yahoo! has indexed for our new domain: www.tkg.com – those circled are the pages in The Karcher Group’s current site – those that aren’t are pages from the old site still in Yahoo!’s index.

    Hrm, that’s rather odd that yahoo picked up first, and took 48 hours. I reactivated my website a day or two before TKG.com went live and I was indexed in an hour by google.

    Maybe with all the content and all the back links for TheKarcherGroup.com the Search engines need to run a few extra (thousand) algorithms to determine if what this new site is and why it looks a lot like it’s cached version of TheKarcherGroup.com
